On offer is this lovely life drawing study of a seated nude woman. This mid-century era ink and watercolor wash on paper is signed Rath 67. Having compared some signature examples, we believe this may be by the artist Hildegard Rath (1909 - 1994), but cannot confirm that. The external measurements are 12.5" by 11" and the image size is 8 3/8" by 7". Double matted. The work really has the right patina for the mid century period - all it needs now is the right frame.
